Andreas Stylianou (Cypriot, b.1990) is a Contemporary artist that lives and works between London and Nicosia. He studied at the Architectural Association (London) and received a Master\u2019s degree from the Royal College of Art (London) and IE Business School (Madrid). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
By engaging with a diverse range of mediums, Stylianou has externalised a visually unseen dormant world that lies within himself, that is blooming through a successive evolution of the work. Techniques of painting and making, vibrant colours in addition with popular characters, biographical narratives are expressed. Qualities maintained through the architectural background of the artist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By conscious layering of intuitive mark making and precise meditative painting, the work expresses: Self in relation to time, while intersecting with a current retrospect of pop culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
